We deliver directly to your door using our own delivery service every week MONDAY to FRIDAY.

Please note that orders must be placed the 24 hours before your delivery day. This is so we can ensure all the items you have ordered are in stock and available for dispatch. We will however try to fit in any last-minute orders, but this is not always possible.

In the event we are missing or awaiting for stock we will either offer you an alternative flavours / brand up to or exceeding the original items value. We will also call you to confirm that these alternatives are suitable.

If we are unable to speak to you over the phone, we will leave a voice message and email you regarding your order. Unfortunately, we will not dispatch any items unless we have spoken to you first.

Please be aware that orders are packed the evening before and are ready for dispatch at 0700hrs each morning.

Delivery times may vary to situations outside of our control. There is no set time on your delivery day, we will try to accommodate your needs to the best of our abilities but if you are not home our team will contact you to find a safe are to leave your food.

In the event we still unable to contact you and we see no safe area to leave your food, we will return it back to the store until your next delivery day.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR ORDER IS IN AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR DELIVERY DAY.

UK Mainland Deliveries

We offer a 24-hour nationwide courier service to most UK mainland addresses.

This service dispatches orders from Monday to Thursday.

We do not dispatch and orders on Friday, Saturday or Sunday as there is no guaranteed 24-hour delivery service over the weekend for some mainland addresses.

If you are not able to personally receive your order please include specific delivery instructions to your order notes, as we will relay them to our courier service to reduce the chance of any delays.

Due to the temperature-controlled delivery, we apply a ‘No signature required’ and ‘perishable goods’ labels to all of our consignments.

Once your order has been dispatched you must not reschedule or postpone your delivery.

The courier service will contact you with a delivery time slot by SMS message and/or Email.

Once your package has been delivered our courier service will take a photograph of the parcel and confirm its status.

At this point both Go-Raw and the courier service have completed their duties.

Go-Raw cannot take responsibility if your package is stolen, we advise that you report any incidents of theft to the police.

Over 99% of our orders are delivered next day but in the event of any courier delays please contact us directly as we can escalate any problems directly to the courier service.

In the event of any out-of-stock items we can take up to 5 working days to dispatch your order.

We will contact you regarding any issues or substitutions, we do not however preform any splitting of deliveries.

Sometimes, if an item is unavailable, we may provide a suitable alternative to avoid delays in your order. If you would prefer not to receive any alternatives, please make sure to add this request in the checkout notes so we can honour your preference.
