Refreezing Notice

Please read this important notice your frozen products.

If your frozen foods have arrived and are partially thawed or thawed, you can still safely refreeze them.

Please note that we cannot refund orders of partially thawed or thawed food products as it states in our Terms & Conditions we cannot guarantee they will remain frozen upon delivery.

We deliver directly to your door using our own delivery service every week Monday to Friday.

Please note that orders must be placed the 24 hours before your delivery day.

This is so we can ensure all the items you have ordered are in stock and available for dispatch. We will however try to fit in any last-minute orders, but this is not always possible.

In the event we are missing or awaiting for stock we will either offer you an alternative flavours / brand up to or exceeding the original items value. We will also call you to confirm that these alternatives are suitable.

If we are unable to speak to you over the phone, we will leave a voice message and email you regarding your order. Unfortunately, we will not dispatch any items unless we have spoken to you first.

Please be aware that orders are packed the evening before and are ready for dispatch at 0700hrs each morning.

Delivery times may vary to situations outside of our control. There is no set time on your delivery day, we will try to accommodate your needs to the best of our abilities but if you are not home our team will contact you to find a safe are to leave your food.

In the event we still unable to contact you and we see no safe area to leave your food, we will return it back to the store until your next delivery day.
