Shipping policy
Your order will be delivered by next day courier which will be charged by weight at checkout.
Deliveries are made throughout the UK, excluding The Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland.
Mainland UK Orders (excluding The Highlands) are dispatched on Mondays through to Thursdays with DPD on a ‘next day’ service (Tuesday to Friday deliveries). Please Note: Orders can take up to 48 hours to reach you at busy times.
We do not guarantee next day delivery.
Whilst orders are not guaranteed to be fully frozen on arrival, they are packed in ice to remain cold for up to 72 hours. So long as the meat is still cold, it is safe to refreeze for dogs without any problems. Shipping starts at £10.00 per box and each box holds 15kg of food
Cut off point for next day delivery is 2:00pm on Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 2:00pm on Thursdays will be dispatched the following Monday.
On your delivery date, the courier will give you a 1-hour time slot for delivery. If you are not in when they deliver, they will attempt to leave your parcel in a safe place at your address, if there is one.
Frozen food is packed in double wall cardboard boxes with insulated liners and ice packs. It is not guaranteed to remain frozen but, apart from in exceptional circumstances, it will certainly be cold. It is safe to refreeze meat for dogs so long as it is still cold.
Once your order has been dispatched to DPD, should you (the customer) contact DPD to make any alternative arrangements or re-schedule the delivery date or time, then we accept no further responsibility for that delivery. You don’t have to be home for your delivery, although if not, please leave instructions and DPD will leave your order in a safe place.
Please note: the DPD delivery driver will leave your parcel, they do not have to knock at your door. This is your responsibility, once delivered to your address, we accept no further responsibility.
In the case of multiple parcel shipments, the parcels may be delivered by different drivers at different times.
For frozen and any items included with the frozen order – The minimum order for frozen products is 10KG
Cancellations
For a full refund, you need to make any cancellation more than 24 hours before your delivery date. Should you cancel with less than 24 hours notice of your delivery, a surcharge will be taken from your order. This could be up to 50% of the order to cover costs.
