How to Place an Order or a Subscription

Welcome to Go-Raw!

Whether you’d like to order just once or set up a regular subscription for your pet’s food, this guide will walk you through the process step by step.

1. Browsing Products

• At the top of the page, you’ll see Shop, Brands, Dried Food – you can hover over these with your mouse to browse our ranges, or if you’re on a phone, you can click the 3 lines at the top right and scroll through the ranges.
• Scroll through to find what you’d like to order.

2. Placing a One-Time (Normal) Order

1. When you see a product you like, click on its picture or name.
2. On the product page, you can:
   • Read the description
   • Choose the quantity (how many you’d like to buy)
3. Click the Add to Basket button.
4. When you’re ready, click the Basket/Cart icon at the top right of the page.
5. Review your items, then click Proceed to Checkout.
6. On the checkout page:
   • Enter your name and address
   • Enter your email (so we can send you order updates)
   • Enter your payment details
7. Finally, click Place Order.
   ✅ You’ve now placed your one-time order!

3. Placing a Subscription Order (Regular Deliveries)

Subscriptions are perfect if you’d like your pet’s food delivered automatically.

1. When you browse on our website, you’ll see some products say available on subscription.
2. On the product page, choose Subscribe
   
   
3. Select how often you’d like to receive your order (e.g. every week, every 2 weeks, monthly).
4. Click Sign up now.
5. Go to your Basket/Cart and review your subscription details.
6. Click Proceed to Checkout or pay however you like with our other payment options.
7. Fill in your details (name, address, payment method).
   • For subscriptions, you’ll need to use a card so we can charge it automatically each time.
8. Click Place Order.
   ✅ Your subscription is now active! Your pet’s food will arrive automatically at the intervals you chose.

4. Managing Your Orders & Subscriptions

• To see your orders, click My Account (top right of the website).
• From here you can:
  • View your past orders
  • Update your address
  • Manage or cancel your subscriptions
